Our Medical Director

Dr. Jhujhar Singh is Medical Director for the Center for Senior Care at San Dimas Community Hospital. Specializing in geriatric medicine, Dr. Singh takes a holistic approach that considers the many factors contributing to overall health through the different stages of life. He emphasizes prevention and teaches patients about conditions that may impact them, such as diabetes, dementia, falls, hypertension, and depression.

Board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatrics, Dr. Singh has been practicing Family Medicine for 13 years. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University Health Sciences and his Bachelor's degree in Biology and Business Management from the University of California, Irvine. He completed a fellowship in Geriatrics and Family Medicine residency at Chino Valley Medical Center.
